CORPORATE
MENTAL WELLBEING
Science-based workshops to support resilient, focused, and emotionally
well teams.
In today’s fast-paced corporate world, mental wellbeing is no longer a luxury — it’s a necessity.
Research shows that 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental health condition each year, and workplace-related stress is a leading contributor.
According to WorkSafe, unmanaged stress can lead to psychosocial hazards and mental injuries, which have increased by 36.9% since 2017 and now make up a significant share of all serious workers’ compensation claims.
These claims are also significantly more costly, with a median compensation of $58,600 and 34 weeks of lost work time, compared to just 8 weeks for physical injuries. In total, workplace stress and depression are estimated to cost Australian businesses over $6.3 billion annually in lost productivity, absenteeism, and turnover.
By investing in your team’s mental wellbeing, you’re not just doing the right thing — you’re building a stronger, more focused, and resilient workforce. Proactive wellbeing programs help prevent these risks, reduce burnout, and foster a healthier, more engaged team culture that supports sustainable performance.
Science-Backed Workshops for Mental Clarity and Resilience
Rooted in neuroscience, psychology, and quantum principles, my sessions are designed to help your team understand why they feel the way they do — and more importantly, what they can do about it. Using practical, research-driven tools, we address the root causes of stress, burnout, and mental fatigue to create long-lasting change — both internally and across your workplace culture.
Breathwork - The Fastest Path to a Regulated
Nervous System
Breathwork is one of the most powerful — and underutilised — tools for mental wellbeing in the workplace. It’s not just about taking deep breaths; it’s about regulating the nervous system from within. As the only function of the autonomic nervous system we can consciously control, the breath gives us direct access to calming the body and mind.
Intentional breathing signals safety to the brain, reducing stress hormones like cortisol and activating the parasympathetic nervous system — our “rest and digest” state — which helps restore calm, clarity, and focus. In a corporate environment filled with deadlines and digital overload, breathwork offers an immediate and effective reset.
Through a blend of education and guided practice, your team will learn how to:
Understand how stress affects the brain and body -
including the science behind the "survival state" (fight, flight, freeze) and how to shift into a calm, regulated nervous system.
Apply practical techniques
that support focus, mental clarity, and emotional self-regulation — grounded in neuroplasticity and evidence-based psychology.
Reframe limiting beliefs and thought patterns,
using tools from cognitive science and mindfulness to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
Explore how energy, attention, and intention influence performance —
drawing from insights in quantum physics and embodied psychology.
Integrate science into daily wellbeing habits
with a clear, repeatable toolbox of techniques they can use long after the session ends.
Pilates (Optional)
Movement is a proven tool for supporting mental health, and Pilates offers a unique blend of physical and psychological benefits particularly suited to the demands of modern work life.
Rooted in controlled, mindful movement, Pilates increases endorphins (natural mood boosters) and reduces cortisol, the body’s primary stress hormone. This shift supports better mood, focus, and emotional balance — all essential for a healthy, high-performing team.
It also promotes breath awareness, posture correction, and body-mind connection, helping to release physical tension from long hours at a desk while boosting energy and confidence. When paired with breathwork and mindset tools, it offers a full-body mental reset.
Sessions are gentle, inclusive, and accessible for all fitness levels.
The Why
Boost focus, clarity, and emotional resilience
→ Increased cognitive performance and emotional regulation lead to better decision-making, fewer errors, and more effective communication across departments.
Enhance creativity by reducing mental clutter and nervous system dysregulation
→ When the nervous system is regulated, creative thinking and innovation flow more freely — which directly fuels campaign quality, brand storytelling, and problem-solving agility.
Strengthen team culture through shared self-awareness, calm, and mindfulness
→ A healthier team dynamic reduces internal friction, enhances collaboration, and fosters a workplace environment where people thrive — improving overall productivity and engagement.
Support long-term retention and performance by showing employees they’re genuinely supported
→ Demonstrating care for employee wellbeing builds loyalty, reduces turnover costs, and positions your brand as an employer of choice in a highly competitive industry.
Equip your team with practical tools to manage stress and prevent burnout
→ This reduces absenteeism, improves energy and morale, and helps maintain consistent output — especially during peak trade periods or demanding deadlines.

Her work is trauma-aware, inclusive, and built to create real, embodied results — not just feel-good moments.
